CROP I: Residency

People gathered in an art studio with paintings on display, art supplies on a table, and natural light streaming in through windows.

Crop can be a verb or a noun with varied meanings: it can relate to a group of things, to cutting, reducing or harvesting. This was my territory for anew body of mixed media work.

Whiteknights Studio Trail

A well-lit artist's studio with white walls, paintings on display, and various art supplies. The room features tables and shelves filled with brushes, paint, canvases, and other materials. There's a large arched window on one side and fluorescent lighting on the ceiling. A workspace is organized with tools and materials for creating art.

This May I will unveil eight new paintings influenced by the local history and folklore of West Berkshire. I’ll be one of six artists participating in ‘Artists at Shaw’, a group exhibition for Open Studios West Berkshire and North Hampshire.
